Visually Impaired/Orientation & Mobility-Services

Training and coordinated assistance are provided to educators of students ages 0-21 who are visually impaired.

The program provides

  • materials and equipment for checkout to the schools,

  • scheduled low vision evaluations,

  • direct Orientation & Mobility instruction and

  • consultation services.

Once the form is completed, you will need to print it and send it to us with the Eye Report attached. 

A Braille production center provides brailed materials to schools.

All schools (public, private/parochial) who have students who are visually impaired are eligible for these services.
